Training

Want to become a pro wrestler?

Get trained with us and you could be wrestling at local shows within a
few months! With our simple lesson by lesson training, you won't need
to hand over a big down payment like nearly all wrestling schools. Pay
as you go, and train at your own pace.

Training by the hour- You can choose to be trained by yourself,
one-on-one with the instructor, Or you can be trained with up to
three more students at a time. Save money by bringing friends! You
must be 18 years or older, unless a parent accompanies you to
training, and you must sign a physical injury waiver.

1 man - $35 per hour
2 men - $47 per hour
3 men - $57 per hour
4 men - $67 per hour (only $16 per hour each man)

We will soon offer packages of hours at discounted rates.
There is a one hour minimum on all training sessions.

The amount of time you'll need in the ring before your first match
depends on your learning abilities and physical abilities.

Ring Time

You can also pay for time in the ring to practice your skills, or simply
have a good time. You must be 18 years or older, unless a parent
accompanies you to the ring, and you must sign a physical injury
waiver. There will be no instructor when you rent ring time.

2 men - $30 per hour
3 men - $40 per hour
4 men - $50 per hour
5 men - $60 per hour
6 men - $70 per hour (only $11 per hour each man)

If you are already a trained pro wrestler, you will get a discounted
price on renting ring time, equal to 15% off the above rates.

For safety reasons, only 4 men will be permitted in the ring at any
given time, as overcrowding in the ring frequently leads to injuries.
For instance, if you bring 6 men, 2 men will have to be outside the ring
at all times.

Your ring time will be privately held in the gym without any other
customers standing around watching or waiting their turn. However we
will be there to make sure nothing dangerous or high risk is attempted
where participants are likely to be injured. You can also bring your own
music with you, anything with a headphone jack will connect to our

wrestling ring that you see thoroughout the site is the ring that is
always set up in the facility.

Tuesday: 1030am - 4pm, and 845pm-1130pm
Wednesday: 1030am - 4pm, and 845pm-1130pm
Thursday: 1030am - 4pm, and 845pm-1130pm
Friday: 1030am - 4pm, and 730pm-1130pm

Saturday: 12noon-1130pm
Sunday: 930am-1130pm
